When the ghost is chasing you if she gets to close but you enter a door she can get you during the loading portion between the two rooms. She got me while the screen was black but I was able to continue to run around the next room I was in until she came in and killed me, During this time I wasn't able to open doors or search or even click, I was stuck in a strange limbo. This happened in the hallway to the room that requires a keycard/passcode to enter....

During my latest run, I am pretty sure I checked everywhere, but the last card before the final one in the attic was nowhere to be found. Maybe there is a slight probability that not all the cards may spawn.
