DEVELOPMENT BRANCH RELEASE

Including:
Modern Sniper Systems
Modern Pistol Pack
Modern Combat Carbines

WHAT IS PROJECT M?
Project M is a long term modding project by myself to bring a series of high quality Modern firearm systems to Arma 3. I intend to create a variety of options and camo/colour options in line with IRL options to make the weapons versatile for a variety of scenarios/uses.

The pack is broken down into 3 'Groups'/'mods';
Modern Pistol Pack (Public Release)
Modern Sniper Systems (In development, beta live)
Modern Combat Carbines (In Development, beta live)

Each mod brings an array of weapons, optics and attachments fitting of their sub genre. The overall concept is allow players and communities to pick and choose the relevant weapon systems for their play-style/interests. All 3 are combined to form Project M. Currently, the Public beta encompasses all 3 in their varying states of completion. This Beta is actively developed and has frequent updates. However, there is the possibility of errors, so it is not recommended for larger communities just in case. That said, anything that is on there is considered 'functional' and 'usable' unless specifically marked.

Intention:
The Project M Public beta is for testing the in development content to provide feedback, bug reports and improve the mod prior to launch! At this stage, there's a variety of content at various levels of completion. Some are assets I'm completely happy with, others are still at various points with work to go! Regardless of the state, I welcome feedback! Just keep in mind, I might already have it on my to-do list. Once a pack is ready, such as the Pistol pack, I will upload it separately as a standalone mod, however that content will be kept in the Project M Beta as content, and any future additions/fixes will be made here prior to publishing on the 'stable' mod.

I don't know if its a personal preference thing of mine, but is it possible to make the pistol red dot sights less "zoomed in". Maybe have it the same as when you're using straight iron's. Also a 10 round extended mag for the m45 would be sick too ;)

All fixed!
Turns out I did pack and update correctly for the full release MPP pack, but forgot to copy the file across for this one! Ooops!

Hi Apricot, that's odd! I did include a quick code change to ace ext, I'm stuck away for a couple days, as soon as I'm back I'll make sure it's fixed properly

Hey, I just checked the update and did a repair (verify) in Arma3 Launcher, but it still doesn't seem to fix the AMZ problem.
On the contrary, it looks like the file hasn't been updated.
The only file that has been updated is MPP_ACE_EXT_ARS.pbo, and the contents of MPP_AA_MZ_Compat.pbo seems to be unchanged since the last update.
I deleted and re-downloaded the mod to try it out, but it didn't change.
Did you forget to include an update? Either way, lots of guns make me happy. Thank you.

That's a great pickup! I completely forgot I had reload sounds in that patch, I've just done the config fix. I'll pump an hotfix out tonight!
Apricot_ale 23 Jun @ 10:27am
I found that caused by MPP_AMZ_SOUNDS compat (MPP_AA_MZ_Compat.pbo)
May you remove reloadsound config from those compat?
Apricot_ale 23 Jun @ 8:58am
The new pistol animations are pretty cool but the reload sounds seem weird, I'm using AMZ and Sigsound so would it be better to remove them or is this a bug?
