Features:
- It is a simple model that replaces pills.
- In the third person it has the detail that Cuba did (which is seen uncovered when it is in the hand, and when it is equipped it is covered).
- Does not include sound mod only the model.

this gives me ideas if I only knew how to mod; McDonalds mascots as either common infected or special infected like that yellow bird girl and Grimace and even the 80's Moon guy.
