CE Flintlocks rebalanced

Description
Rebalances Flintlock weaponry alongside new Flintlock guns to the arsenal.
For use with Either Combat Extended guns

-Reload time increased
-New ammo types, Musket Buck (Buckshot), Musket Conical (AP), Hand Mortar flare
-Expands the Spawning of flintlock weaponry on tribal Pawn Types

-“Kalthoff repeater” Repeating flintlock
-“Chambers Gun” flintlock MG emplacement

Note; Only compatible with the steam version of CE guns, any other version can be used but will have unintended results.
Incompatible with CE Black powder rifles, as it includes everything in this mod already.

Love it! I just wish there was a patch for CE armory because that also adds a couple black powder weapons like the wall gun.
