[WotC] Better Cost Strings

Description
This version is for War of the Chosen

This mod requires the X2WOTCCommunityHighlander mod (v1.26.0 or later).

--> Vanilla version <--

Shows inventory counts and highlights sparse artifacts and resources in cost strings when building items, starting research, etc.

If an artifact is required for building an item, starting a research project, or starting a PG project, the cost string will now display the amount of artifacts that you have in your inventory. In case there are only enough artifacts or resources available to build one* more item, the artifact/resource text will be highlighted yellow.

* This factor is now configurable

Compatibility

This mod can be activated for existing campaigns. The X2WOTCCommunityHighlander mod (v1.26.0 or later) is required.

This mod has incompatibility with MCM with UI problems that cause your game to crash on next load if you open MCM.

@bigwormfire This mod does not allow to modify the cost of items, it only changes slightly how the cost is displayed.

If you want to change the cost of an item in XCOM 2, you'll have to edit the relevant INI file on your machine. This Reddit post and this article might help you.

Quick heads-up: There will be an update soon that removes the Mod Class Override. The update will require the X2WOTCommunityHighlander , so be sure to subscribe to it (or unsubscribe from this mod), otherwise your game will crash.
