R-729 Sentinel Containerized SIGINT Platform (MCS 8u/ ISO29)

Description
R-729 Sentinel Containerized SIGINT Platform

Description

The R-729 Sentinel is the latest in a line of signals intelligence and command systems developed to combat the ever-increasing usage of digital systems on the modern battlefield. It was designed with ease of use and transport in mind, and as a result, it was fitted to a standard ISO container for greater mobility. Its aforementioned ease of use and compact size make it an attractive option for many militaries around the globe. Whether it operates from the back of a truck, as part of a FOB, or from inside an aircraft, it will always be capable of performing its mission.

Functionality

- Ships with advanced channel search and jamming features with ranges upwards of 20km.
- RDF system capable of pinpointing the direction of radio signals out to 20km
- Complies with the 29x11 ISO standard.
- Compatible with nearly every vehicle in the game, including but not limited to ASTR MCS, aISO, and standard ISO systems.
- Operable* in multiplayer servers.

*I cannot guarantee that every single multiplayer server can support this vehicle, but most will be able to.

Operation Guide

Important notes
- Do not operate the jammer on the same frequency as the RDF system if you intend to use both at the same time.
- The generator in the back room takes 4-5 cranks to start and you must hold the button to stop it.

Preparing For Operation
- Open the container doors
- Once inside, locate the buttons labeled "System Deploy" and "Station Monitors" and click them
- (If needed) Go to other side of container and crank the generator starter 4-5 times

Operating The Channel Scanner
- In the main control room, locate the large keypad above the rightmost seat labeled "Jammer Scanning Band" and set the "A" value to the lowest channel you want to scan and the "B" value to the highest channel you want to scan.
- Locate the button directly in front of the rightmost seat labeled "Frequency Search" and press it.

Operating The Jammer
- In the main control room, locate the small keypad directly in front of the rightmost seat labeled "Jammer Frequency" and enter the channel you wish to jam. The frequency search feature may assist you in finding eligible channels.
- On the Frequency Search monitor (Bottom middle), the requested channel will appear in the box on the bottom right. After this happens, toggle the button on the bottom right side of the monitor entitled "Jam". Then, the Jammer Output monitor (Far right) will either show "Jammer is ON" or the numbers will start changing depending on the photosensitive mode setting.
- Jamming can be stopped at any time by simply un-toggling the jam button on the Frequency Search Monitor

Operating The RDF System
- Locate the small keypad in front of the leftmost seat in the main control room. This is the RDF frequency controller. Enter the desired frequency into this keypad. The channel the RDF system is operating on will be displayed in the top left of the monitor. Again, the frequency search feature may assist you in finding eligible channels.
- The RDF ping will appear on the leftmost screen. This system may be a bit challenging to understand, since it provides a bearing relative to the direction the vehicle is facing. The red half of the arrow in the center of the screen will always be the direction the vehicle is facing and by extent the direction you are facing, and the line towards the target will point relative to that.

Operating the PTT System
- Locate the button next to the 2x1 screen on the left side of the control room. This will toggle the PTT system.
- The channel the PTT system uses can be controlled by entering it into the small keypad on the right side of the leftmost seat labeled "PTT Frequency".
- Incoming messages will be announced by the area on the PTT screen labeled "RECV" changing color. The frequency is noted on the bottom right of the PTT screen. The strength of the radio signal is depicted with the center bar, the longer the bar is, the stronger the signal is.
- To send a message over radio, hold down the button on the PTT screen labeled "PTT" (Bottom left), hold your assigned voice chat keybind, and speak. When done, simply stop holding down the button.

Multi channel jamming would be very good because i have a radio controlled submarine and when i use the channel finder it lists like 5 different signals and i dont know wich one to jam.
So that would be pretty usefull.

@Lord Mikoyanyuk Van Mouskroen Thank you very much for your feedback, I will seriously consider this suggestion as a potential update to this vehicle in the near future.

Thank you for elarging EW in Stormworks!

i think an update you could make would be a 2 frequencies Jam, as for some drones there is 2 frequencies used to Input/Output drones making the Jamming only superficial

@sn0r Find any flatbed car of your choosing, then use the select tool to cut and paste the entire container one block above wherever you want to put it on the flatbed. Then, enable the electric connectors on the flatbed (The connectors on the container are enabled by default).
