This is just my thoughts. Again I'm sorry to upset you, it was not intended.
I think it would be better to take these high tier potions out of the list of potential items you can find in chests. A potion to instantly restore full HP is so powerful. We should have to work for it, but as things are it's an insane waste of time and resources to make them when they're so easy to find.
So my options are: 30+ complex steps involving 5 different crafting stations plus 4 plant pots, many thousands of seeds and hundreds of compost... or I could kill the two dudes at a camp who have less HP than a crocodile, and that chest always has at least two of the high tier healing potions.
I realize the high tier potions are extremely powerful, so they should require a lot of resources. But I don't understand why they require 3 ingredients, esch of the 3 require 3 other ingredients, each of those require multiple different plant oils, which require distilling the plant. It's: plant to oil to essential oil, mix essential oil with another oil that in turn requires five or six syeps to make, and so on.
