Wearable Greybeard Robes

Description
Makes the Greybeards' robes wearable, and adds a set in High Hrothgar, in the living quarters.

Alternatively, the base ids are:

Tunic - 00036a44
Hood - 00036a45
Boots - 00036a46

Please can you put some encantments on the robes. You know shout cool down and stuff
