DSE - Javelin Class Light Frigate

The Javelin is a heavily armed, extremely agile frigate. Designed to be simple, cheap to build, with less than 10k PCU and no subgrids. It is capable of taking on ships much larger than itself thanks to its exceptionally deadly weapons arsenal. It has two jump drives, large refinery, large assembler, and five large hydrogen tanks, wich make the Javelin into an ideal solo combat ship, and a very useful addition to a ny fleet
