Roatoa Island

Description
Roatoa Island is a mixtures of inspirations from the Pacific Islands to the Caribbean. This island has mountains and volcanoes on the interior and flat lands and beaches on the coast. Note: It is recommended to have 25 or 81 tiles mod as the starting tile is on the interior which it is hard for infrastructure to be built upon the island.
