I had actually done that already as a personal mod for myself.
I haven't released it yet as I want to do the right thing and talk to people first.
I've used them together no problems, maybe some file overwrites...
If it's compatibility or conflicts you're asking about

It's nice to see a different coat of paint on the game, whether you are a HL2 fan or not. 9/10
