HD Bio-mech Minor Laser Damage Type Change

Description
Changes the damage type of the Bio-mechanoid Minor's lasers from Piercing to Electricity/Plasma for consistency with later renditions of the enemy. Also affects several custom enemies that use these lasers. Highly useful if you are using the HD Bio-mechanoid Minor in BFE levels since the player can get gibbed by these Bio-mech Minor lasers just by virtue of them doing Piercing damage instead of Electricity.

Note that this mod does NOT alter the damage amount or any other statistics of the Bio-mechanoid Minor's lasers, only the damage type.
