Browning M2HB Pack RAGDOLLS

Description
THESE ARE PROPS AND RAGDOLLS.

This pack contains a set of Browning M2HB heavy machine guns, on an assortment of mounts, with a bunch of accessories.

Full disclosure, the tripod model with the ragdolled belt is kind of annoying to pose, more details below. I have included a guide in the preview images on how to make posing it slightly less annoying, but be warned. It's fiddly.

YOU WILL NEED THE BONEMERGE TOOL TO USE THESE MODELS.
You need the bonemerge tool to attach the belts to the guns. They wouldn't compile as one model because they have too many polygons and the compiler didn't like it. You will also need it to attach the DCL120 red dot sight.

Full contents list:
M2HB on M3 Tripod (With belt/ammo can attached)
M2HB on M3 Tripod (Empty)
M2HB on cradle mount
M2HB on pintle mount
M2HB standalone, no mount
M2HB barrel
M3 Tripod
.50BMG ammo can
40rd ragdolled .50 belt section
Single .50 belt link/round/spent casing
DCL120 red dot sight
Bonemergeable belt for M2HB on tripod
Bonemergeable belt for M2HB on cradle
Bonemergeable belt for M2HB on pintle

Features a Browning M2HB on three types of mount; A tripod, cradle, and pintle, all with bodygroups for the various moving parts of the gun and mount. Also includes separate tripod and gun models, along with barrel, ammo can, single belt link/round of ammunition, a 40 round floppy ragdoll belt section, and a DCL120 red dot sight.

As always, everything is rigged and bodygrouped for use with the bone tool/SFM. The traverse/elevation mechanisms are rigged to pose but they're pretty fiddly so there's bodygroups to just remove them. You can pose them with the joint tool if you want to.

As mentioned above, the tripod with the ragdolled belt is kind of annoying to pose, but that's the price we pay for a tripod mount with the proper belt setup. I didn't want to just glue the ammo can to the tripod, because that isn't how they work. I spent a lot of time playing with the physics to try and make it less annoying to pose, so it's as good as it's going to get, but it's still just a bit tricky.

I needed an M2HB for another model I'm working on and the old World At War model was getting a bit old, so this happened. Gun, ammo can, and tripod are from Rising Storm 2, the other parts were found online and I don't know where they're from.

The only console commands are vcollide_wireframe 1 and 0 to turn it off again.

@Kally

I tried that on both my PC and phone, but I still can't see what I have to put in the commands.

What does the first step say? Like in the commands, cause Steam updated the zoom in on screenshots and it's pissing me off.

Use the search function.

Send me the link to Simkas models of them.
Kally  [author] 6 Nov, 2023 @ 12:15pm
Simkas made East and West Germans like 10 years ago, those are still on the workshop somewhere. I think there's some newer East Germans floating around but no idea who made them. That's the best you'll get.

If you want new ones, I don't think you really understand what you're asking. Most of the parts you'd need to make them in decent quality don't exist, so would require a lot of stuff to be made from scratch, which takes a considerable amount of time and effort. I'm not doing that.

Oh come on, why not?

No, sorry.
