Description
Historical Traits that better match each civ.
Buffs weaker civs. Nerfs stronger ones.
Makes some Civs more flavorful.

Building and Improvement Changes:

Buildings changed:
Hanse now unlocked at guilds, has a engineer specialist.
Longhouse has a base of 5 production.
Krepost yields 1 production for every 5 pop in a city.
Royal Library gives +15XP for each greak work.

Improvements Changed:
Polders can now be built on flat grassland and plains tiles next to a river.
Maoi have been reworked to provide a baseline of 2 culture, 1 faith. With +1 culture and +1 gold at flight, and +1 science at compass.
Chatau's yield extra +2 food and +2 gold. Because you build so few of these in game.

Balance suggestion welcome.
