Minor QoL Improvements

Description
Adds some minor quality of life improvements. None of these changes should alter gameplay.

What’s included:
- Gold Gain due to fountain favor now shows up on the gold gain tooltip on the character sheet: Gold gain from negative fountain favor always showed up in the total gold gain bonus, but was missing from the itemized list. This same feature is included in the Bauble Shop mod
- The text alerting you to the spawning of an imp is now green: I often play with sound off and with Relentless Threats turned on and the alert for an imp spawn often gets lost in the Great Threat alerts. This change makes the imp alert stand out.
- There is now an alert telling you when an imp has despawned: Again, when playing with sound off, lets you know to stop looking for an imp if you haven’t found it by now.
- Kelly the Modder now has scrollbars (it’s really the least we could do after all that you do for the game). : PC controller-only players can now scroll the mod list without using the mouse scroll wheel.
- There is now a book in the guild hall. Clicking the book will open the guild hall menu: Gives controller-only players a way to open the guild menu without having to press “G” on the keyboard. Also, there used to be something like this in an old version of this game, but it was removed for some reason and I wanted it back. (Keep in mind that, if you’re playing with a controller, you can bind the guild hall menu to a free controller key, and then you can open the menu whenever you want. That’s already included in the core game, but I believe that it is not bound to a button by default.)
- Number of curses are now shown even if the number is negative: Before, the number would only appear if it was positive. If you had any of the Queen’s set, you would be left having to remember how many curses you had if the number was zero or lower. Now, the number always shows up unless it is exactly zero. Negative curses still have no effect, but now you know how much leeway you have before they become positive.
Similarly,
- When playing Pyramid of Prophecy, there is now an icon in the lower right telling you how much more you can reduce your curse level before it hits minimum: So, if you currently at -5 curses, and your minimum is -20, the number will be 15. You can reduce your curses by another 15 before you can’t reduce them any further. This helps, for instance, in deciding how many genies to grab before the extra curse reduction is wasted. At first, I just had it just display your minimum curse, but I found myself constantly using the minimum to figure out how much more I can reduce. So, even though this number may seem like an odd choice at first, I do find it to be the one that is actually useful.

Anyway, that’s all for now. Maybe more later.

This mod will be included in the Clever Merge Mod mod.
