Arendelle's Components - Military - Promotions

A minimal addition to promotions.
Adds a few Military promotions that scale linearly with unit veterancy.
Has endtree promotions that can be particularly powerful.

It adds a total of roughly 20 promotion trees typically with 3 levels each.
About half of these you can see in the images above.

They don't all show in the civilopedia yet. I'm currently adding text and will update in the near future.
