Description
Existing Policies were overhauled to be more balanced and well as having powerful capstone finishers to encourage filling out a policy tree.

Based on Reform and Rule by Machiavelli and the NQ modpack's policy trees.
This aims to be a combination of the two with the authors personal tweeks
With an additional:

3 New Policy Trees have been added.
Security - Authority - Diplomacy
Which work similar to the pre BNW trees but with entirely new effects
Think of them as Ideology lites.
IE. Freedom Ideology + Authority = WW2 USA
Freedom Ideology + Security = 19th Century USA
Reactionary Ideology + Security = WW2 England
Autocracy Ideology + Authority = WW2 Germany
Communism Ideology + Security = Cold-War Era China
Freedom Ideology + Diplomacy = Cold-War Canada

1 New Ideology has been added.
Reactionary
The remaining Ideologies have been overhauled:
Freedom-Communism-Autocracy

The Original Policy Trees have been overhauled.

All the Art for the Policy Trees has been changed as well.

Screenshots should give you the main details.
The AI should use these effectivly based on my two playthroughs with the mod.

Compatible with everything unless it touches the Policy or Ideology Trees.

There is no dll changes in this mod. So I have no idea unless the dll mod specifically interacts with the policy trees.

It's not compatible with Vox Populi unfortunately.
The code in that mod is above my pay-grade.
I've had a hard enough time trying to make it compatible with Gaia's Sapiens mod.

Maybe it's just me, but my game crashes if I have a dll activated for more civs like 43dll. can be another mod but it seems to be this one. and that would suck hard.

Ya, I usually play on longer timescales. I can make a patch that scales the tech slightly.

The volunteer army was changed to provide bonuses to armies. Rather than just give you units.
I'll check the text in-game to make sure it reflects that.

I also felt that, but I switched to Epic and it played much better

Excellent mod but the science adavances too fast because of the bonus that every social policy buildings give. Error in the volunteer army policy, i dont receive any soldier from the foreign legion.

It's updated. All bugs fixed but one.
