Oh lawd, here he comes. One of the characters of all time, Big Sexy Wit Da Glasses, Jamauri!!!
I don't even know how I let him get here in Rivals of Aether, I think I just woke up, and here he was tbh.

Jamauri sure is a character, and that's just me talking about him as a person! One of my close friends in high school, Jamauri is a guy who you can't really rely on to pay you back gas money or even show up to hang out, but he definitely can make you laugh! Please do not let him talk to women at all either please, he is a menace. Do not take him to Barnes & Nobles.

In Rivals of Aether, Jamauri has this big ol stick he can use to summon anything he pleases! And for some reason he decides to summon the most random things imaginable. Some of them have some history though, or are more inside jokes you guys will never really get entirely. If he does try to swing the stick at you, don't worry, he isn't very strong like that.

Moveset Breakdown:

Jamauri Meter/Exploding and Dying - Jamauri has a meter that fills up as you get hit. Once its full, press the Attack and Special buttons to explode, instantly killing Jamauri! I mean, it'll still kill other people too if you're worried about that...

Too Excited - When you dash as Jamauri and stop, you'll still move forward for a brief second really fast. Jamauri is too excited being in Rivals of Aether, so hes a littler jittery. You are still actionable in this state however, so catch someone off guard with an attack, maybe even a taunt!

Up Tilt - Its a command grab that drags the opponent upward! You can jump cancel it any time.

Down Tilt - You can shoot out a slowly moving HeyDude that doesn't do too much damage or knockback, but just like Jamauri, it's very annoying to deal with, but satisfying when it's on your side.

Up Strong - It's really long :3

Forward Strong - A pack of Sour Strips gets launched out of Jamauri's stick, they're sooo sour, it sends a chill down your spine! When it hits opponents, it freezes them. If you somehow hit an airborne opponent, it just launches them outward.

Nair - Jamauri snaps his finger, emitting a an energy wave around him. If you hit someone with it, its jump cancellable!

Fair - Jamauri shoots out a HeyDude shoe towards the opponent. It actually sends enemies towards Jamauri, and you can't tech it either.

Uair - It's a multihit that can do drag downs. :)

Neutral Special: Piss Chromebook Shotgun - Jamauri shoots out a very specific Chromebook out of his stick towards the opponent. The Chromebook is drenched in pee, its so warm, it can set opponents on fire! On hit, it sends the opponents upward, and you can jump cancel it as well, so have fun.

Side Special: M'lady - Jamauri shoots out a Fedora that wraps the opponent on hit, leaving them stuck and defenseless for a second, so use this to get an extra hit in! It does have a cooldown, so don't think you can just spam this.

Down Special: The Camera - Say cheese! Jamauri takes a picture with his camera, as he wants to capture these moments forever. If he takes a picture of you, be careful, you'll be stuck and frozen for a prettyyyyyyyyy long time. Don't worry though, the move does have a cooldown, so Jamauri won;t be taking too many pictures of you.

Up Special: JamauriCopter - Jamauri takes flight! He spins around and flies around for a while! ...but he doesn't actually attack during it. He's actually left pretty defenseless during it. If you could hit him for me so he can cough up some gas money during this move, please do.

Yeah, i don't know who let this man in here, but he sure is here to stay now! As with most of us, don;t expect to really get all the inside jokes and stupid quotes and references all the time, but do know that the Jamauri Match Up is much like interacting with him in real life. It's kind of annoying, you don't really get the moveset he has and why he does these things, but when he's on your side, oh boy is he on your side. Good luck with that. Jamauri, jimmyjam, I love you despite it all. Don't ever change you silly goose. :3
