Description
Overlay Tool
Simple tool that allows you to create outer overlays on Props and ragdolls (sorta).

Ragdoll support is buggy as of right now, ill try to fix this sometime in the future.

the tool itself works but the options simply wont change

tried it, still won't work, changing the options and sliders does not apply any changes

of course i'll credit. also, what happens on my end usually is when i try to change the material of the overlay, it always remains the default overlay material no matter what

it still works fine on my end but yes you can do whatever you want with it as long as im credited

This still doesn't seem to work. Could i try and pick it up and make a fixed version if i manage to figure it out? This is pretty much the only tool that can create this effect and i'd really want to get it to work

Hey amb i know that you no longer work on this but, i can't seem to figure out how to change the overlay texture. I did try to select the texture, but even with it selected, it will always add the default watery overlay. Am i doing something wrong or could it be the tool being busted?

oh, well is the addon open source? if not id reccomend doing so for others that might wanna continue it
