The populous has voted The Mayor to rule them, The Mayor, A very respected man, has full intel of the region, and he can hire consripts as a replacement of coalition soldiers, but the conscripts are much more weaker than coalition soldiers and National Soldiers train faster, but insurgent controlled zones will decay intel in neighboring zones.
