Monster Hunter Themed Melee Class

Description
I was a little disappointed when I couldn't find a fun looking melee class on the workshop, and after noticing that the Far East pack had a ranged "Monster Hunter", I decided to throw this together.

In hindsight, I should have had the third tree focus on range for the bow aspect of Monster Hunter, and I'm honestly not sure how balanced the skill tree is. I put in skills that I thought would be applicable to a Monster Hunter themed class.

I haven't added any new skills, this tree is made from skills present in the base game. Not every single skill is faithful to Monster Hunter, but hopefully it should be a fun class to try.

Disclaimer: This is the first class I've ever put together, and I am by no means a Torchlight 2 Veteran who is widely versed in every build, skill, or general game knowledge/mechanics. It is probably awful. You should try it anyway.

Also, I see you changed the charge bar to engineer, maybe include more skils that use charge in those empty skill tree slots.

Yeah, Dracologist and Slim Pickens has it right. I know it would take a while but I would make the bot summons as little beasties, or something, just use pets that are already in mods or the game already. Also fill the skill trees out, even the spots in the 1st and 3rd slots in the 3rd row down, you see this in the remade/improved original 4 classes (synergies I think did it). I like your attention to make the class very synced in with itself, very combo-centric not matter how you want to play. But yeah I would like to see more monster-hunter-ish abilities. Maybe a spell that ressurects or charms an enemy to be a pet for like 2 minutes at a time, sort of taming it for a time. Maybe a new skill that plants an explosive barrel, just add a barrel before the embermages combustion ability. Or a leap INTO an AOE slam move. As you can see I have a few ideas, PM if you want a brainstorm session.

I enjoy this mod very much! so far it's balanced, a few here and there overpowered but mostly balanced. I think you're doing a great job! Perhaps you could throw in a few famous weapons from Monster Hunter even if you get the chance.

Was hoping for monster hunter beasties available as pets =x

The bot skills? I put them in to simulate the cats. I can try making some custom spells, but it'll have to wait until next week.

you cant learn if you dont try, and those who try we salute for bravery :-D. not a big fan of classes comprised of all existing skills or unaltered. but its a way to celebrate creativity
