Description
Overview
Configure how automatic reaction fire attacks work while units are panicked.

Default settings fix some modded reaction fire attacks triggering against units on the same team while units are panicked. The most notable example is the None Shall Pass perk for Sawed-off Shotguns.

Vanilla Bladestorm and Retribution and modded derivatives of those already have this fix on them so just following vanilla behaviour.

All reaction fire attacks are handled automatically.

Can optionally prevent reaction attacks entirely while panicked.

Or invert the fix and allow reaction fire against units on the same team. I'm sure somebody will find use for this.

Abilities can be patched individually or excluded from patching entirely.

Compatibility
Safe to add or remove at any time. Only modifies shooter and target conditions on ability templates. Should work fine with all reaction fire attacks.

Notes
This does not affect normal actions that units take while panicked. There are other mods to change how those work.

Muton Counterattack is not reaction fire so does not get affected. Not going to change that for the time being.

Suppression doesn't prevent reaction attacks, it can only remove Overwatch preemptively. Changing that is out of scope of this mod but Unstuck Suppression and Suppression For Suppression are some options to improve how it works.
