The Dugong if it had teeth. Has a slightly longer hull to fit some extra firepower (3x Coilgun, 1x Railgun) and crafting stations, and also has all those unnecessary safety features like the reactor alarm and smoke detectors removed. Otherwise operates more or less exactly the same as a standard Dugong. Good for those who want a small submarine without sacrificing crafting capabilities or firepower but are fine with sacrificing everything else. The submarine is set to tier 3, so that it's possible to upgrade the it for late game use. The submarine is manually outfitted with supplies.
