How to Change Blood Pool Size
-Open the console
-Put "bloodpool_max_size" (recommended from 25 to 30)
-Then put "bloodpool_min_size" (recommended from 20 to 25)

Lnub check mods that change npc's behavior, like accuracy. I got rid of that and it fixed them.

i dont see any of the blood

Perhaps uninstalling them is the best solution instead of disabling them.

i've tried disabling other shady addons but the npcs still miss their shot
