Reduced Weight Walkie Talkies

@Kenjataimu This mod is a remake of one that was taken off of the workshop a while back. My goal was to remake the mod exactly as it was, and it did change the weight of radios. I have debated on removing the weight changes for the radios only, keeping the walkie weight changes. It would be a simple change.

That being said, I won't do that until B42 releases. I want the code to remain consistent for now because of how much mod updates can be a pain in the ass for multiplayer servers. I wouldn't feel right screwing up servers for a little mod like this.

How come you changed the weight of the ham radio? They should be pretty heavy. Would it be possible to make a version of the mod that has their weight unchanged?

Omg thank you. I used to always carry a walkie-talkie around to check the weather on the AEB + events but just had to start leaving it after the original mod was deleted

Yeah I carry a walkie on my guy at all times for the AEBS. I only remade the mod cause I got pissed when I saw the walkies were heavy again lol

Thanks, It's been like only 2 months since i played zomboid for the last time and when i went back to my server, i had to remove an unexistent mod and i saw that the walkie talkies were weighing kilograms again lol.
