FOB - Spartan One

Description
A very cheap Forward Operating Base for the Draconis Expanse server. It currently doesn't use much in the way of DLC, just a bit of decorative that is really not essential. The Warfare reactors can be replaced with normal ones.

Needs a bit of lead to construct for the assemblers. Could skip those or replace with basic if desired but since its purpose is to supply ammunition I figured a bit of lead was required either way.
