All you need is one sentence of English description ("This mod adds xy (number) of new units to the High Elves. They are available for all High Elven factions using the standard recruiting buildings.") Something like that.
All your English translation needs are the NAMES of the units. Description can be empty....
And all you need is an English translation. No more languages :)
And your unit mods need on Steam Workshop is some English in the title, like here (White Lions of Chrace units). I would add "High Elves" as this will be a top search term of players. Again, I recommend having a look at Deer24's work.
