Faction Heroes Sitrep

Description
Overview
Hi folks this is my first big attempt at doing a sit-rep mod. Its a small overhaul of Puma_The_Great's sit-rep mod https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1961980059

I mainly created this mod since I noticed the AI of the Faction heroes could be a bit wonky at times, Especially the Skirmishers. Now with this mod they will use reckoning, justice and whiplash against enemies. All of the faction heroes have new perks/abilities.

Compatibility
This mod will not work with Puma's for obvious reasons.

If you are using one of my hero reworks the faction heroes in the sit-rep will also gain the benefits of the reworks.

This mod now fully works with CI, and no longer needs the bridge mod.

From what I can see what that bridge mod does is already replicated in this mod.

@SakuraKoi using both FHS and RHSI is going to cause issues and probably breaking AI. As for them attacking mind controlled allies its an issue with both mods. Not something I can fix easily ATM. Don't pull the trigger does things in a very unique way and won't replicate well for all the faction hero abilities.

Huh, I somehow have happened to have both (FHS and RHSI with bridge) and while I have no notable issues so far, I can't help but wonder... (probably it's just having them twice as often since I sure do have them often)

But anyway, I rather got here to ask about some still ongoing wonkiness in regards to allies, for if it is not caused by having both or it's always Puma's RHSI I encounter, then the Faction Heroes could stop moving and use Overwatch when there are no active enemies. Them moving about takes quite some time and I do know that it is possible, whether that behavior is just displayed by other mods, I'll have to observe more closely.

Also, I still couldn't find a fix to the following and if it was linked here, it'd be great. Namely ally factions reveal one from concealment and they attack mind controlled allies basically as soon as possible. So far I have only found "Don't Pull that Trigger" which only affects the weapon of base/vanilla resistance allies.
