Alarielle's Global World Torment And True Power of Nature Combined

Description
Xakiroment has released IMO an excellent mod Global World Torment mod which causes Alarielle to weaken based on Chaos corruption worldwide instead of just her safe territories in Ulthuan.

Alarielle's True Power of Nature allows Alarielle to boost the entire Order Tide with Power of Nature. Included cultures: High Elves (duh), Lizardmen, Grand Cathay, Kislev, Wood Elves, Bretonnia, The Empire, and the Dawi.

Tip: Ally with her and use the war coordination system to tell her to defend different regions one after another and she will do the rounds!

The only way to get both of these feature sets is with a combined mod since they both need to edit the same .lua file. So here we are!

Just pushed a bugfix for power of nature not sticking to regions owned by non-Elven Order Tide members.

Reduced the amount of Chaos corruption required to trigger steps 2-4 of Alarielle's penalties to 5%, 10%, and 15% to make it less likely the player will be in no danger of advancing the trait.
