It's an extract of thrones of Brittinnia and Attila total war. they are technically not new textures. That and I would have no idea how to do that or have the skills to pull that off.

I feel like those helmets need to be darker, like a worn metal rather than shiny new and bright metal....but Im guessing you would need to re-tex for that to appear like that
