Description
This mod was created using original +Easybuff and Millennium Dawn mods files. All credits for development of course go to them. Go to their Workshop pages, hit Like and Favourite, write cheerful comment.

So this is just a version to use with the actual Millennium Dawn: A Modern Day Mod, you need it to play this version of easybuff. Do NOT load THIS mod together with ORIGINAL +Easybuff, or else new functions won't work.
Compatible version of MD mod: 1.10.4
Compatible version of base game: 1.14.*

What does this mod do as for version 1.6.9:
  • Added new country cheat ideas for Economics and Missile Production buffs;
  • Added "Millennium Dawn" category in "Cheat menu" with options to add money, missiles, change Euroscepticism, disband factions, remove radiation;
  • Added "Fix Money system" and "Fix Missiles" buttons, they reset corresponding variables. Use only in case of problem with negative values;
  • Technology cheats in "Cheat menu" now work as intended, they add corresponding techs;
  • New cheats for buildings;
  • New cheats for political parties;
  • English, French, Simplified Chinese and Russian languages supported.

VoerxZ, just tested and everything works fine. So the problem is on your side.

You can try these steps.
1) Resubscribe to my mod and the main mod in Steam;
2) Reinstall Paradox launcher;
3) In case you use additional mods, try launching the game only with Millenium dawn mod and my mod;

Сделать же это через кнопку просто невозможно, сама игра такое не поддерживает.
Я уже писал в обсуждении выше, что для той же техники (танков, бтр и тд) сделать бафф напрямую невозможно. Только редактированием существующих корпусов и модулей, или же создать дубликаты корпусов и модулей, но с уже улучшенными характеристиками.

MIRROX, есть только два способа изменить характеристики корабля в игре:
1) Через бонусы от национальной идеи, как сейчас и работают чит идеи на флот, армию и тд.;
2) Через изменение характеристик самих кораблей в файлах. Т.е. сделать так, чтобы у каждого модуля и самого корпуса изначально были характеристики лучше.

Есть предложение по флоту, есть мод Vanilla Navy Rework там есть корабли с такими характеристиками : https://imgur.com/a/0I2MHuw
Просто бафы на флот не всегда качественно работают и можно ли сделать так чтобы была кнопка благодаря которой у всех кораблей менялись бы характеристики

Hogthunder, if you are asking about cheat menu for other countries in their diplomatic view page, then you need to: click LMB on any country`s province -> click LMB on this country flag -> done
