- THIS IS ALSO MERGED WITH KAIROS/DAILYY VERSION
- replaced old file paths (pre modding rework) with new ones (after modding rework) (with old file paths it does not work on dedicated server)(also causes other problems sometimes)
- fixed Welding Fuel Canister, Oxygen Canister, Compact Welding Tool... not being sold (caused by change in how merchants are handled)
- added translation file (translation submissions open!)
- changed deconstruction reciepies to match vanilla counterparts
- BP-21 Prototype now needs pucs to craft (overall rescouce cost is about the same tho)
- made Sledge hammer have the same values as in Enhanced Armaments
- changed sprite of Welding mask (it was in files, unused)
