Adds georg orwell 1984 bidens america flag to united states

Flag from some gab schizopost i found

FEATURES:
  • United States Flag Changed (except for fascism because the base mod has a separate flag for that ideology for some reason)
  • Restore the Original US flag by somehow getting the fascist party into power
  • Play a historically accurate America (at least in the minds of 14 year old neo nazis)

This is just like georg orvel 1984 democrat je biden 2025 election
