C.A.G. Cold Fire Ammo (Complete)- 4x DLC Package

Description
No ammunition generates heat on firing, nor while charging. This package affects ALL weapons of all factions and sizes, including the first 4 DLC.

I am posting separate mods for each faction and size to allow complete customization without also having to modify files as the end user.

It isn't just timeline weapons... my earlier statement that older ones should be okay is not accurate... I am in the base game and weapons are generating heat as well.
It is going to take a little digging into the reason and see if I can find an alternate way to accomplish the purpose of this modification.

Are there new weapons in 7.00?

I will reinstall and check into the new DLC - otherwise it should work fine for the existing weapons.

@[TA] BarricadePrime I completed fixing the boron L beam... it no longer crashes the game (apparently it could not handle and absolute zero heat value, so I put in a small positive number and it works fine now.)
