Place above the Royal Agent class mod

Fixes the English translation of Royal Agent Class.
I tried to keep the translation as close to the original style as possible.
* No Crashing (amazing, I know)
* Blue Text = Kill
* Proper Capitalization/ACC/PROT/Proper Formatting
* New Translation for lines/barks

(Based 90% on schinese table [May 10th], maybe borrowing 5-10% from original english table)

Mostly good so far! Biggest issue is that nearly every combat bark lacks ending punctuation.
