Description
Lets you use medals and commendations on other players (and yourself) through the health interface. Maybe you have a lot of them for some reason and want to use them faster, maybe you're tired of getting crowded and hitting the wrong person, or maybe you're just greedy. Whatever it is, here it is.

hello i was wrong this mod still works it was a different mod that broke xp

this no longer works after the holiday update applying medals to yourself or other people no longer rewards experience
