Description
A new railway has been constructed through the Nykonova region. Significant oil and coal reserves were discovered during the survey.
On the opposite side of the Pauli channel is the country of West Berkenhead. They have leased part of their lands so we can extract the valuables ores in their mountains.

The balance and distribution of resources is excellent. But an empty map is needed, tired of removing roads and electric lines.
