It was intentionally so that the survivors would face the same direction. If you want, you can flip the image by exporting it with VTF edit and then creating a new VPK file to use.

Hi! These icons are amazing! But I've got a question (which will probaly gonna sound a bit silly lol), is there a chance to flip Ellis' icon? I just noticed that his icon is the only one mirrored compared to the other L4D2 survivors. Or was this made intentionally?
