NOTE: The author is a Chinese and his English sucks, so the next time when you want to submit some bug reports, please describe it with details as more as you can.

This is a vanity pet mod
The summon items are dropped from every boss with a 30% chance (or some enemies with a 5% chance), and it always drops the first time you defeat the Boss
Some items can be obtained by crafting
You can also buy these items from the Mysterious Gap which spawns in nighttime

The Russian translation is made by @Typical Guy
The English optimization is made by @Kyuumulonimbus

But it *is* possible to cancel the kill. By "telephone item" I meant her pet item, not the cell phone (magic mirror upgrade)

Actually you can't do this, when Koishi want to kill you, you can do nothing instead of exit the game.

You can cancel Koishi's instakill by using the telephone item. It almost feels like a feature: you answer her phone call and she snaps out of it.
