K&L Gates Center

Bring a bit of the 'Burgh to your city

The K&L Gates Center is a 39-floor International style office building located in Downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. It was completed in 1968 and is currently the 10th tallest building in the city, standing at 511 feet tall. The building is situated at the intersection of Liberty Avenue, Sixth Avenue and Wood Street and shares a city block in the center of the city with three other office buildings. Wood Street Station, a subway station on Pittsburgh's light rail "T" network, is located directly across from the tower. K&L Gates, an American multinational corporation law firm, became the largest tenant in 2007 and began extensive construction on the lobby and exterior facade as well as replaced the building's signage.

I grew up in Spring Hill, a neighborhood up on the top of the hill just to the left of that building on Madison Avenue in the thumbnail above. that exit shown on the thumbnail (East Street and Spring Garden Avenue) was my home exit (2B, formally 8B) on 279 when going home. Please, when you're done @Gaseous Stranger, make the final save-game public via a downloadable mod on the workshop. I would love, love, love, to explore it!

@vic.foras Rename the building itself. Same place where you would normally find the stats such as number of workers. It doesn’t matter what the new name you choose is, it’s a sub-building and the sign will disappear if the name is changed
