Vanilla Small Grid 3x3 Wheel Reskin (Racing Slicks)

Description
Reskins the vanilla small grid 3x3 suspension wheel to look more fit for racing. Stats identical, this is only a model change. You do not need to do anything to your existing builds, they will just work. Likewise if you remove the mod it will go back to normal with no input required.

ya we need a addon... not a reskin. Wouldn't be right for a Truck to all of a sudden have racing wheels... :?
