One of the recent updates has made it so that zombies wearing coveralls with normal shoes have the coverall tucked in. Is that an accident?

I tested it with Spongie Clothing and open jackets
and it works perfectly unless you open the coveralls.

compared to other mods there is no conflict. If the mod uses the vanilla model the coverall will be changed
