There is a grave site you are missing up on the hill behind the trailer park.
Inside the trailer park you can find a note next to a flare pistol. It speaks about going up to that burial site and firing a flare into the air to attract..... someting.

Well if you follow through on that note you discover the grave site and also a special vampire to fight that gets more powerful each time you summon.
