Fix Lahmian Sisterhood Diplomacy UI

Lahmian Sisterhood should consists of Lahmian ... sisteres
This mod changes the lord of Lahmian Sisterhood in diplomacy UI to be a female Lahmian lord

What this mod does:
1. Lahmian lady porthole instead of the big bald skeleton in diplomacy UI
2. Female dark elves voice is played, or muted (see FAQ), instead of male vampire lord audio

To quickly check if this mod works, choose Azhag in greenskins, who is a neighbor of Lahmian Sisterhood, to start a new campaign and go to diplomacy

1. Thanks to All Is Dust, now (2023.0514) this mod is integrated into Bloodlines Starting Lords for Minor Factions as well
I would recommend his mod to you if you are using Mixu's unlocker

2. This mod is not compatible with Bloodlines Starting Lords for Minor Factions , as both use same script which leads to 2 same lords in Lahmian Sisterhood

3. This mod will be kept here for those who do not use Mixu's unlocker or who would like to have simply diplomacy UI fixed

Q1. There is no audio when clicking Lahmian Sisterhood in diplomacy UI
A1. Currently it is simply mute. It would be better to have some audio like other factions, but I am not sure how to make it

Q2. Why is dark elves audio used in a vampire faction?
A2. The vanilla game has only 3 female voices in diplomacy, dark elf, vampire coast (Aranessa), and wood elf. I consider dark elf the closest
