Description

Umbrella's Biohazard Countermeasures Service is the Umbrella corp's dedicated biological countermeasures unit. It was founded by Sergei Vladimir.

The nature of U.B.C.S. missions for the most part risky and dangerous, each operation maintains a rather high mortality rate for members of the unit. Presumably the U.B.C.S. consists of war criminals and mercenaries from around the world who have joined the U.B.C.S. as an alternative to capital punishment. Approximately the number of U.B.C.S. has 120 operational workers, divided into 4 divisions (2-3 teams in each division).
