I don't know what to say in terms if you can expect it not, but check back periodically. I'll probably add a comment if/when it is implemented.

Is there a chance we can get a version thats compatible with SOS2? (IE, mechanoids dont need oxygen)
Only change that seems "thematically" off is lowering the psychic sensitivity. since Biotech, it's notable that high subcore mechs actually have a psychic sensitivity of 75%. Seeing as Persona cores are more advanced and used in all sorts psychic stuff I considered giving them a base psychic sensitivity of 1. In the end I stuck to 75%, because interestingly basic subcore mechs share a 50% psychic sensitivity with normal subcores despite their different complexities.
Either way I'd stick to the changes you like since this is a preference patch.
