The WIldwaters Boardwalk Pier!

Based off of the boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ which I fondly remember from childhood vacations.
The pier comes with a transport pipe down the middle so you don't have to waste any of your starting cash setting one up.

Description:
After purchasing the oldest pier at the Wildwaters Boardwalk in New Jersey, we're under immense pressure to get it profitable and bring new people to the boardwalk as soon as we can. Remember, those winter months are plenty cold, but the summer months are just right.

By bringing people to our park, we'll be helping to revitalize the whole boardwalk and the shareholders will be willing to award us with more space to build!

Objectives:
• Have at least 800 guests in your park
• Have a happiness rating of at least 92%
• Have an operating profit of at least $2,500.00
• Optional: Have at least 600 guests in your park
• Optional: Have at least 1,250 guests in your park
• Optional: Complete all goals without using any tracked ride blueprints
• Optional: Complete all non-optional goals by the end of December, Year 4
