NOTE: I haven't tested other than with bots (Left4Bots :AshleyRE4:), so feel free to comment how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ of an experience this is with humans so it can be tweaked (pls subscribe)

This is (BRUH I think it's broken lol) a Coop version of Xnes's Single Player Speed Run Mutation.
In this mutation, all healing items have been replaced with adrenaline, on top of that you only have temporary health; And while there are no common infected, the only specials involved will heavily impede your progress!
Get ready for a quick campagin, because one way or another you won't be around long; Better get running...
