Rapid Pulse-Rifle

Description
Rapid Pulse Rifle use the electric energy of a power cell to magnetize and shoot out concentrated beam of energy at high velocity. The CPU Core-controlled targeting assistance provides longer range and deadlier accuracy and high firing rate.

Over-powered. Cut range in half, reduce damage to 50-60. It's the standard marine rifle in Aliens, not a sniper rifle. Would be cool if you could attach grenades to it. Cheers

do your survivor have crafting lvl 2 and intellect lvl 4 that is req to make a gun

I just tried this in the Military Outpost scenario; for some reason it didn't work. Poor Vivian would load all the components except the CPU and then she always found something else to do. Your Rapid Railgun Sniper mod worked perfectly.
