I'm afraid what's left after I got done with it has none of the authenticity you gave it. The lifeboat and flying bridge are gone, the condenser's gone and a bunch of desalinators with exposed pipes are cluttering up areas that were once neat and tidy. I also cheated by putting in an electric furnace and high-geared large generator, which produces more electricity than the electric furnace uses, so it has unlimited range. I feel like uploading my version would be wrong, given the care you took to make it look as real as you could.

i have no idea how to trim them back there is 2 of them on the boat and one on the life boat. if you delete the one on the lifeboat and one from the boat it might do what you need to do. i got those parts as a xml from a friend so i have no idea if there is a way to reduce the power. this was a quick build so it has some issues. if you fix the issues or make it better feel free to upload it

@bpratt4306 add flywheels to the drivetrain. This happens because it is a piston engine, and piston engines need flywheels to smooth out their rhythms so they don't shake you to pieces. This is why your car has one. I find that 2 or 3 3x3 flywheels smooths it out nicely.

Note that flywheels don't connect to normal pipes on both sides. You need modular clutches to bridge the gap. Put a modular clutch on each end of your flywheels, with the pipe-looking side facing the pipe. The other side faces the flywheels. Then set a constant number thingy somewhere, set to 1. There may already be one lying around you can use, as long as it's set to 1 you're golden, and link it to both clutches with the green line. That will keep the flywheels permanently working, saving up energy when each piston gives its 'push' and releasing it when the pistons are not pushing, smoothing out your overall motion.

Be warned this will also make the engine more efficient and you'll go a lot faster. Be ready for it.

Wtf did you do with the lifeboat and the spinny thing behind the pistons?! I've identified them as what makes the ship largely immune to physics. What glitches are you using, how does it work? And how can I trim them back just a bit, let me feel the virtual ocean a little, without turning it into a helpless cork on the water?
